The food is well presented, enjoyed English breakfast. The staff are extremely great, managed the parking nearby. The hotel has a marvellous and brilliant location near the harbour. Visit Lovelock's for some desserts, especially when it's windy outside, my personal advice.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. We were grateful for the 2-hour extension provided for our check-out time without any additional charge. The room and bathroom were perfectly acceptable for a 4-star hotel, despite some negative reviews. The hotel's location was superb, being very close to the train station, providing easy access to the city. We also appreciated the good internet connectivity offered by the hotel.
